The danger with our new technology is that you become less available to your children, your spouse, your friends and partners in your real-life world.

So as Summer begins:
listen to hear what people are saying
pay attention to the people you are with
consider mindfulness

Wonderful. I have been taking the weekly e-course by marisa at creative thursday and I think the summer is a time for rest, a time for reflection and to enjoy nature, family, friends, good books - and to get away from technology. Thanks for the lovely post.
The people of bhutan did not have tv - and after tv arrived, the family meals began to go by the wayside, along with a rise in crime, they have no advertising and the happiness factor is high there.
